Sick Bros store location is open Tuesday-Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm and Saturday from 8:30am to 1:00pm excluding major holidays. - Rental reservations/deliveries can be made for any day 365 days per year from 7:00am to 5:00pm.
Renting equipment from Sick Bros is very simple. All you need is a valid Driver License and Credit Card. All reservations are subject to approval. Simply submit your reservation and you will get a quick response.
All rentals require a 20% Deposit at the time of reservation. Full payment is needed before delivery of equipment.

Additional fees may apply in situations of damage, fuel, cleaning, etc... You are required to have Credit Card info on file for incidentals. To avoid any additional fees please review the rental policy.

INSURANCE IS NOT MANDATORY, PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING POLICY: FOR ALL RENTALS OF EQUIPMENT NOT LICENSED FOR ROAD USE, YOU MUST EITHER SHOW PROOF OF PROPERTY INSURANCE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 18 OF THE RENTAL AGREEMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS OR PURCHASE THE RENTAL DAMAGE WAIVER. THE PURCHASE OF THE RENTAL DAMAGE WAIVER FOR RENTALS OF EQUIPMENT IS NOT MANDATORY AND MAY BE DECLINED IF YOU HAVE PROOF OF INSURANCE AS REQUIRED BY SECTION 18. Rental Damage Waiver (RDW) is an agreement between Sick Brothers and the rental customer that limits the rental customer's financial responsibility for loss or damage to rented equipment in exchange for a fee. This helps protect eligible equipment while out on rental. Rental Damage Waiver Fee is removed upon approval of proper Proof of Insurance. Proof of Insurance: Sick Brothers, LLC. should be named as Loss Payee and Additional Insured in respects to rented/leased equipment. You will need at least $1,000,000 in General Liability and enough coverage for the piece or pieces of equipment being rented. Certificate of Insurance: Sick Brothers, LLC. will need to be listed as a certificate holder. Once your account is approved with proper Proof of Insurance, you will no longer be charged a Damage Waiver Fee.
You can submit a copy of your insurance by uploading file during the reservation process or by bringing a copy to the store. If it is your first time reserving a rental from us your total will be adjusted after you submit your reservation and a new total will be emailed to you. Once your insurance is on file you will not be billed for the Rental Damage Waiver after that.
The Rental Damage Waiver (RDW) limits your liability in cases of loss or damage to equipment. This is a standard fee on all Rentals where the Renter does not provide Insurance Coverage on the Equipment. In cases where Insurance is provided the RDW fee will be removed.
Pickup is available depending on the unit rented and If proper insurance requirements are met. Submit your rental request for approval.
We typically ask that you are present for delivery to go over the unit and answer any questions/expectations you may have.
When your rental Is complete please make sure the machine I cleaned of and ready for transport. NO HEAVY MUD or DEBRIS!. Dirty machines may incur a cleaning fee. The unit must be full of fuel to avoid a fuel charge. Please notify us if you had any issues during your rental.
Choosing the right Equipment for the Job, Good Scheduling and Proper Operation of Equipment are all keys in having a successful rental experience. Overusing a machine and reckless operation can lead to poor and expensive results. If you have any questions on proper use or a machines capabilities please let us know before you rent. You may be charged for damages from misuse or improper operation.
